Study on the Control System of Automatic Counting of Steel Bars

采用图像处理计数方法与光电计数方法相结合,利用集散控制系统的控制方案,开发出适合我国钢铁企业的棒材自动计数系统,可以有效提高计数准确度和生产效率,实现棒材计数过程的自动化和打捆的标准化,减低棒材生产成本,使生产利润最大化。

Because of the particularity of the steel bars and its producing arts, automatic counting of steel bars can＇t be settled for long time. Going by this situation, adopting digital image processing method and photoelectric detection counting method, utilizing the controlling scheme of distributed control system, exploit automatic counting system of steel bars,that can advance the accuracy and producing efficiency,achieve automatization of the steel bars counting process and standardization of bunching, reduce the cost of production, make the profit of production maximization.
