厌氧发酵过程中pH值的数学模型研究 被引量:3

摘要 从厌氧发酵过程中微生物作用的机理出发,对影响pH值的主要因素进行了分析。根据电离平衡理论,建立了厌氧发酵过程中pH值的理论计算公式。根据Cobb的实验结果对本计算公式的有效性进行了验证,计算结果与实际测量的平均误差只有3.4%。结果表明公式较好地描述了厌氧发酸过程中碱度、有机酸、氨氮浓度等因素对pH值的影响规律.并能对pH值进行预测计算。 The influence factors on pH in anaerobic digestion process were discussed by the systemstic analysis of microbial metablism rule in the anaerobic digestion process. Then the mathematic models were deduced to calculate and anticipate the pH value according to the ionic equilibrium theory, And the models were verified with Cobb' s experiment. The results showed that the average errors between the experiment measured and calculating value of pH is 3.4%, and the pH calculating models well describe the main influence of the contentration of [ALK], [ fatty acid], [ ammonia nitrogen] on pH in anaerobic digestion process.
