摘要
利用综合热分析仪进行了不同温度下的棉花秸秆等温干燥实验。对等温干燥曲线分析表明,棉花秸秆等温干燥过程可分为预热、恒速干燥和降速干燥3个阶段,然后采用6种数学方程分别对3个阶段的实验数据进行回归,用最小二乘法来估算回归系数。通过比较F值,得出棉花秸秆含湿量与干燥时间在不同干燥阶段可用不同的回归方程来表示,即在预热段为y=a+b_1t+b_2t^2,在恒速干燥段为y=a+bt,在降速干燥段为y=at^b。
The isothermal drying characteristic test on cotton stalk under different temperatures are made with comprehensive thermal analyzer, the analysis for isothermal drying curve shows the process of isothermal drying can be divided into three stages of preheat, constant rate drying and falling rate drying. Then regress the experimental data of the three stages separately using six kinds of mathematical equations, estimate the regression coefficient using least square method and get different regression equations of moisture content and drying time of cotton stalk in different drying stages ing the value F. i.e. y = a+ bl t + b2t^2 in preheat stage, y = a+ bt in constant rate drying stage and rate drying stage :cotton stalk; isothermal drying; constant rate drying; through compary = at^b in falling ate drying stage.
