通过分析铜排结构及成形工艺,设计出了合理、高效的扭弯模具。模具结构紧凑,加工精度高,动作可靠,成形稳定,提高生产效率,降低劳动强度,具有一定的参考价值。
Through analyzing copper bus-bar structure and forming process,designed a reasonable and highly effective bending die. The die structure was compact, processing precision was high, movement was reliable, the forming was stable,enhanced the production efficiency, reduced the labor intensity, had a certain reference function
