摘要
通过对工具箱的塑件工艺分析,确定了直浇口浇注系统、推杆、顶板联合顶出的模具结构。此模具结构使塑件顶出可靠稳定,大大降低了废品率。
Through analyzing moulding technology of the toolbox, designed a injection mold with straight gate injection system, ejector rod and stripper plate united ejection mechanism. Ejection movement was reliable and stable, greatly reduced the waste rate.
