194例不同证型癫痫患者脉图分析

An Analysis of Pulse Condtion of Different Types of Zheng 194 Patients with Epilepsy

使用ＺＭ－１型脉象仪对１９４例不同证型的癫痫患者进行了脉图检测分析，结果发现癫痫病实证与虚证之间脉图存在显著性差异，认为血液动力学变化的差异是实证机能亢进、虚证机能低下的病理变化基础。

Patients with different types of epilepsy had their pulse picture detected by ZM-1 pulse condition intrument.According to the differentiation of symptoms and signs,three types as wind-phlegm stagnation,excess of phlegm-fire and deficiency of the kidney and heart were divided.The first two types belong to excess syndrome and the latter belongs to defciency syndrome.The result showed that the patients with deficiency syndrome had cardiovascular hypofunction and patients with excess syndrome of hyperfunction.The result suggested the pathogenesis of different types of epilepsy.
