摘要
研究了假丝酵母发酵木糖生产木糖醇的工艺条件,考察了发酵温度、pH、转速、接种量等因素对发酵生产的影响,并对其进行了优化;通过测定发酵液中木糖醇的转化率确定了最佳的发酵条件,即摇床转速为150 r/min,温度为28℃,起始pH为5,接种量为10%(v/v).
Through studying the fermentation condition of xylitol production by Candida tropicalis, conform the fermentation conditions of fermentation temperature, pH, inoculum's level. Determination broth through xylitol in the conversion rate to determine the best fermentation process. The optimum fermentation conditions were as follows : 150 r/min , fermentation temperature 28 ℃ , initial pH 5 , and an inoculum's level of 10% (volume ratio).
