摘要
在低温水热条件下,以NiCl2.6H2O和CS(NH2)2为反应物成功合成了过渡金属硫族化合物NiS2粉晶,用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对NiS2粉晶的晶体结构及形貌进行了表征分析,结果表明:所得的样品为简单立方晶系的NiS2粉晶,粉晶的尺寸约为200 nm.文中还对NiS2粉晶的电学和磁学性质进行了研究,结果表明:所得材料具有较好的介电稳定性及较小的矫顽力,并具有较大的饱和磁化强度,由此认为NiS2纳米粉晶可以作为一种较好的软磁材料和电容材料.
Nanocrystalline NiS2 was synthesized in a convenient hydrothermal way at relatively low temperature , using NiCl2 · 6H2O , CS(NH2)2 as reactant. The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) , transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results showed that the prepared product was proved to be pyrite-NiS2 with morphology of irregular nanoparticles, and the diameter of about 200 nm. Electrical and magnetic measurement proved that it has better dielectric contant, lower Hc and larger Ms. Found that the nanoparticles of NiS2 were better soft magnetic and capacity materials.
