摘要
通过对碱回收锅炉汽包液位控制方案的分析,提出了专家协调智能控制方案,并采用MATLAB进行了仿真实验.结果表明,专家协调控制方案比常规PID控制减少了被控对象的超调量,缩短了控制时间,实现了对传统三冲量控制方法的改进,能够按照系统实际运行状况智能选择控制策略,仿真实验结果证实了该方案的可行性.
Segment that the boiler water level control system is the most significant in the alkali recycling boiler steam drum fluid position control system. The traditional control system of boiler mainly adopts the classical PID algorithm, this article proposed the expert coordinated the intelligent control plan, conducted the simulation research with MATLAB, explained the expert coordination control plan reduced accusation object over compared to classical PID, reduced the control time, has realized to the traditional three impulse control method improvement, could defer to the system actual movement condition intelligence selectivity control strategy, in the actual movement result, confirmed this plan feasibility.
