人格与职业兴趣的关系:中韩比较的角度 被引量:5

The Relationship of Personality and Vocational Interest: from the Comparative Angle of China and Korea

摘要 自1992年中韩建交以来,到各自国家留学或就业的个体、聘用国际员工的组织越来越多。本研究探讨了人格与职业兴趣的关系,旨在从理论上揭示文化的隐含性假设,并为跨文化(中国、韩国)环境中个体的和组织的职业生涯开发与管理提供具有实践意义的依据。研究结果提示,虽然大多数现有研究基于、扩展或整合了Holland的RIASEC类型,但是研究者应首先澄清中韩文化内人格维度和职业兴趣类型的内涵、考证理论和测量工具的文化适宜性。以往相关领域的研究尚需完善,文章力求为未来研究的内容和方法指明方向。 Since China and Korea established its diplomatic relations in 1992, increasing individuals studied and found employment in the other country and organizations employed international staff. In order to reveal the implicit hypothesis of culture theoretically and provide a practical basis for career development and management for individuals and organizations in cross-culture (China and Korea) environment, this study explored the relationship between personality and vocational interest. It suggested that the connotation of personality dimensions and vocational interest types should be clarified and the culture fitness of theory and measuring scale under Chinese and Korean sociocultural context should be textual criticized firstly, although most available investigations based on, expanded or integrated Holland's RIASEC types. The limi tations of previous researches direct the contents and methods of future studies.
