摘要
[目的]探讨对城镇娱乐场所女性性工作者进行短期预防艾滋病综合干预措施的效果。[方法]2006年对某城镇娱乐场所113名女性性工作者分3次实施为期3个月的预防艾滋病综合干预,并评价其效果。[结果]调查113人,干预前后防治艾滋病知识知晓率分别为51.33%、94.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对艾滋病的态度、行为正确率分别为23.01%、65.99%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]3个月的综合干预活动达到了预期的效果。
[Objective]To inquire to the effect of the comprehensive interventior, AIDS for the commercial female sex worker（FSW） in the public places of entertainment of cities and towns. [Methods]A comprehensive intervention for preventing AIDS had beer, implemented for 3 months in 113 FSW in the public places of entertainment of cities and towns 3 times and the effect of the comprehensive intervention was evaluated. [Results]ll3 FSW were interviewed before and after intervention, the prevalence of understanding AIDS related information were 51.33% and 94. 21% （ P 〈0.01） respectively,the proportion of attitude to AIDS and the right behavior were 23.01% and 65.99% （ P〈0. 01）. [Conclusion]The comprehensive intervention of 3 months can achieve the desired result.
