摘要
[目的]了解烟台市改水降氟工程运行现况,为制定可持续性防制地方性氟中毒提供科学依据。[方法]根据2007年《山东省地方性氟中毒防治项目技术实施方案》,对已掌握的烟台市9个县(市、区),112个病村,调查烟台市改水降氟工程运行现况;用氟离子选择电极法(WS/T106-1999)测定水氟含量。[结果]共调查改水降氟工程112处。其中,正常运行72处(64.29%),间歇运行2处(1.78%),报废38处(33.93%)。检测了72处正常运行改水降氟工程的饮水含氟量,水氟≤1.00mg/L的工程为64处(占88.89%),>1.00mg/L的工程为8处(占11.11%),最大值为2.10mg/L。[结论]烟台市降氟改水工程报废现象较为严重,探讨可持续性降氟改水防治策略是今后值得研究的课题,须进一步落实防治措施和加强改水降氟工程监测工作。
[Objeetive] To understand the running condition of defluoridation projects and fluorite concentration in drinking-water in Yantai City. Provide scientific basis for continuous defluoridation. [Methods]According to "The National Technical Scheme for Endemic Disease Control in Shandong Province", All of the defluoridation projects from 112 villages from 9 major counties of Yantai were selected to be investigated. The content of fluoride in the drinking water was assessed by F-ion selective electrode(WS/T106-1999). [Results]Among 112 projects investigated,72 were running normally,accounting for 64.29 %, 2 projects working intermittently,accounting for 1.78 %. A lot of 38 projects were out of service,accounting for 33.93%. Water fluoride content of 72 running normally waterzimproving'and defluoridation projects had been determined, among which 64 projects had water fluoride content ((1.00mg/L (accounting for 88. 89 % )and 8 projects had water fluoride content 〉1.00 mg/L(accounting for 11.11%) ,the highest water fluoride content was 2.10rag/ L. [Conclusion]Many defluoridation projects in Yantai were out-of-service. Preventive measures regarding continuous defluoridation need to be further studied. Countermeasures for endemic fluorosis still be carried out and surveillance of water-improving and defluoridation projects still be strengthened.
