2006年三明市医疗机构死因监测时效性分析

Analysis of Time-effect of the Causes of Death Surveillance in Medical Institutes in Sanming City in 2006

[目的]掌握三明市县级及以上医疗机构死因监测的时效性及其影响因素。[方法]对三明市2006年网络直报系统的死因监测个案资料进行分析。[结果]2006年合计报告1458张死亡报告卡,"死亡-生成"总的中位数为4.38d,P25为1.69d,P75为9.74d,7d及时率为67.49%。"死亡-生成"的时效性在不同地区间有差异,市县两级医疗机构及不同类死因间无差异。"生成-确认"总的中位数为0.54d,24h内及时率为68.31%。"生成-确认"在不同县级疾病预防控制机构间有差异(P<0.01)。[结论]三明市县级及以上医疗机构死因监测的时效性较差。

[Objective]To understand the time-effect and influencing factors of causes of death surveillance in medical institutes above county levels in Sanming city. [Methods]Case data of causes of death surveillance directly reported from the net work in 2006 in Sanming city were analyzed. [Results]l 458 death reporting cards were reported in 2006. The average ＂death-reporting＂ duration was 4.38 d. The timely reporting rate in 7 days was 67.49%. There was a difference of the time-effect of death-reporting in different districts. There was no difference of the different causes of death in medical institutes at county and municipal levels. The total average duration of reporting-confirm was 0.54 d. The timely reporting rate in 24 h was 68. 31%. There was a difference of the reporting-confirm in different counties （ P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The time-effect of causes of death surveillance in Sanming municipality was not good.
