摘要
高校要提高管理效能,有一个得力的中层领导班子相当重要,在组建和选配高校中层领导班子时,除了应考虑年龄结构、专业结构、智能结构等外,还应考虑领导班子的心理结构,使领导班子成员能力互补、气质互补、性格协调,使之相互理解和支持,形成目标一致、团结和谐的良好心理氛围,从而提高领导班子的凝聚力和战斗力,提高管理效能。
