奥林匹克公园与北京生态城市建设

Olympic Park and Construction of Beijing as an Ecological City

党的十七大报告提出了建设"生态文明"的发展目标。2008年北京奥运会的举办不仅将对北京城市规划发展产生重要的影响,也必然会大大推动北京的生态城市建设。因此,奥林匹克公园建设主题不应是"奥运中国龙",而应当是"生态城市"。北京是中国的首善之区,奥运主题为"生态城市"更有积极影响。从北京未来的发展目标来看,建设宜居城市、生态城市是一个非常实际的发展目标,而引领这一目标实现的应该是奥林匹克公园建设。奥林匹克公园建设应继承北京作为历史文化名城的四个显著特点:辨正方位、突出中心、讲求对称、注重风水,在此基础上做进一步的发展。

The Seventeenth Communist Party Congress report proposed the development goal of constructing ＂ecological civilization＂. The 2008 Olympic Games will not only exert great influence upon the planning and development of the Beijing city, but also largely promote the urban construction in the ecological sense. Therefore, the theme of constructing the Olympic Park should better not be ＂Olympic China Dragon＂, but ＂ecological Beijing＂, which has a positive effect. In fact, Beijing should be an ecological city suitable for living, and the leading program for the construction be the Olympic Park. In line with this ideology, the construction of the Park should inherit the four salient characteristics of Beijing as a historic cultural city, namely, locality configuration, centrality highlighting, symmetricality maintenance, and geomanticality observation. And on these bases should be the development.
