Enhanced biological decolourization of azo dyes by the catalysis of reduced acid azo dyes

摘要 考察醌还原菌群利用酸性偶氮染料的生物还原产物对偶氮染料生物脱色的强化作用.结果表明,酸性红B等酸性偶氮染料的还原产物作为氧化还原介体可以强化多种偶氮染料的生物脱色.当酸性红B还原产物浓度为0.2mol/L时,其对活性艳红KE-3B最佳脱色pH值为7~11,在4~40℃范围内脱色率随温度上升而提高.根据高效液相色谱-质谱对酸性红B还原产物的分析结果,推测起氧化还原介体作用的物质是2-氨基-4-磺酸基-1-萘酚. The enhanced biodecolodzation of azo dyes by quinone-reducing community with reduced acid azo dyes as redox mediator was investigated. Products reduced from acid red B could enhance the biodecolodzation of several kinds of azo dyes as redox mediators. When the concentration of reduced acid red B was 0.2mol/L, the optimal pH for biodecolodzation conditions of active red KE-3B were determined from 7 to 11 and the decolorization rate increased with the increase of the temperature in the range of 4-40℃. In conclusion, it was presumed that 2-amino-1-naphthol-4- sulphonate enhanced the biodecolodzation of azo dyes as redox mediators from HPLC-MS results of the products reduced from acid red B.
