摘要
为了探讨彩色室壁运动技术(CK)三维重建的方法学并检验这一新技术定量室壁运动的可靠性,在25例患者中进行了多平面经食管左室两维超声和CK技术的检查,利用自制的计算机软件对左室腔容积和CK图像进行三维重建,结果显示:左室三维CK技术可立体显示左室的室壁运动幅度,左室三维重建法测量的心搏量与左室CK体积高度相关(r=0.92,P值<0.001),表明三维CK技术是定量分析室壁运动幅度的可靠方法。
To evaluate the accuracy of color kinesis(CK)technique intracking wall motion and develop a new method for three-dimensional reconstruction(3-D) of CK images,two-dimensional echocardiographic and CK studies were performed in 25 cases with heart diseases using a multiplane transesophageal probe.After the probe was introduced into the low-esophagus position,the phased array was rotated every10°through a 0°~180°arc to record the left ventricular two-dimensional and CK images which were reconstructed to obtain 3-D images of the left ventricular cavity and CK volume by means of soft-ware program.The left ventricular end-diastolic(EDV),end-systolic(ESV)and stroke volume (SV)were calculated from the left ventricular 3-D images,and the volume at the outer(Vo)and inner (Vi)borders of the CK band and the volume occupied by the CK band(Vc)were calculated from the left ventricular 3-D CK images.The result showed that left ventricular 3-D CK images could display the entire left ventricular wall motion in a three-dimensional format and there were high correlations between EDV and Vo(r=094),between ESV andVi(r=094)and between SV andVc(r=092).It is concluded that CK is a reliable technique for quantitative assessment of wall motion and left ventricular 3- D CK provides a promising approach to displaying the extent of myocardial ischemia.
