摘要
对５例冠心病人和１２例非冠心病人分别经左、右冠脉内注入声振白蛋白行心肌声学造影研究。结果：声学造影过程中及造影后全部病例均未诉不适；声学造影对患者心电、血压有一过性影响，但较常规冠脉造影影响程度轻；时间－强度曲线参数Ｔｐ、Ｔ１／２在冠脉病变组及正常组间差别显著。
Sonicated Albumin was injected from left or right coronary disease(CHD)patients and 12 non—CHD cases.None of all 17 cases reported discomfort.ECG and blood pressure had less changes during myocardial contrast echocardiography(MCE)than during routine coronary angiography.Tp and T1/2measured from time-intensity curve were different significantly between CHD and non-CHD group.MCE is a safe imaging technique for clinical application.Using Tp and T1/2,MCE can be ussed to assess regional myocardial perfusion in clinic.
