新生儿侵袭性真菌感染的早期诊治 被引量:1

摘要 新生儿侵袭性真菌感染(invasive fungal infection,IFI)的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,目前已经成为新生儿危重症病房(NICU)院内感染的第3种常见原因。IFI是指侵袭深部组织、内脏和全身的真菌感染,包括深部组织感染及真菌血症。在新生儿期,该病缺乏特异性的临床表现,因此容易延误诊断而丧失治疗时机。为提高临床诊治水平,现将我科诊治的5例新生儿IFI总结如下。
