摘要
酒精是否损害心脏尚存争议。我们采用两维超声多普勒方法观察健康人急性酒精干预的心脏功能变化。研究结果显示男女两组健康人急性饮酒试验后左心室收缩功能与舒张功能都发生明显变化。
In 100 health subjects,acute effect of single dose of alcohol on left ventricular systolic and diastolic function was studied with twodimenssional and pulsed Doppler echocardiography.The result showed that stroke volume and ejection fraction decreased after alcoholic intervention.Single dose of alcohol resuted in reduction of parameters regarding early diastole and augment of those related to late diastole.Thus,the findings of present paper indicated that a single moderate dose drink of alcohol would cause significant suppressive changes in both systolic and diastolic function of the ventricle in healthy person.
