下腔静脉滤器置入后继发下腔静脉血栓形成的治疗 被引量：2

摘要 下腔静脉滤器置入术后继发滤器内及下腔静脉与双侧髂股静脉血栓形成（完全性闭塞）的发生率较低。我院采取双侧股静脉切开，双球囊取栓并结合滤器内开通并抽吸血栓＋留置多侧孔导管溶栓的方法成功的治疗2例，现报告如下。
