摘要
本文从内盲孔射孔器的可行性入手，分析内盲孔射孔器与外盲孔射孔器相比所具有的突出优点，对射孔器的加工工艺方案设计及打靶试验情况进行了说明。并将该射孔器的穿透深度与外盲孔射孔器的穿透深度进行比较。通过对在油田初步应用的射后效果进行收集、分析，表明内盲孔射孔器工艺可行，可提高射孔穿透深度10％以上，从而达到提高油气井产能的目的。
From feasibility of inner blind hole perforator, the paper analyses its outstanding advantages compared with outer blind hole perforator. The design of process technology and target shooting experiment condition are explained in it.The depth of penetration is compared with that of outer blind hole perforator.Through collection and analysis of the effect after primary application in the oilfield, it shows that inner blind hole perforator technology is feasible and it can increase perforation penetration above 10%. It can improve the productive capacity of an oil or gas well.
