摘要
软实力是民族文化影响力在国际关系中的反映,在新的国际形势下发挥着越来越重要的作用,因而,中国对外战略需要更加有效地运用软实力。而如何加强中国软实力的建设则成为摆在中国对外战略面前的重要课题。
The soft power is a reflection of national cultural influence in international relations. It plays a more and more important role under the new international situation. Therefore, China's foreign strategy needs to use soft power more effectively. How to strengthen the construction of China's soft power becomes an important issue for China's foreign strategy.
