摘要
目的:研究正常人α-唾液淀粉酶活性的昼夜节律,观察不同时辰施针对其活性的影响。方法:以中医时间医学理论为指导,并运用现代时间生物学与时间医学方法,将30名健康大学生随机分为对照组和子、卯、午、酉4个时辰针刺组,4个时辰针刺组分别于0000、0600、1200、1800电针双侧"足三里"穴,观察正常人α-唾液淀粉酶活性的昼夜节律变化以及不同时辰针刺的作用。结果:正常人α-唾液淀粉酶活性存在明显的昼夜波动,其峰相位在-299.92度,即在约20:00α-唾液淀粉酶活性最高;子、卯、酉时施刺均使其昼夜波动加大,且以卯时最为显著,并出现典型的昼夜节律,午时施刺后波动变小。结论:正常人α-唾液淀粉酶活性有明显昼夜变化,且峰相位在晚上(约20:00);不同时辰施针对α-唾液淀粉酶活性昼夜波动有不同的影响。
Objective :To investigate the circadian rhythm of Salivary Alpha- amylase on Normal Person,and to study the effect of electro - acupuncture(EA) on them at different time. Methods :To apply chinese chronomedicine theory and chronobiology method,30 health undergraduate student were divided by random to control group and zi,mao, wu, you tetrad hour acupuncture group, and were applied to two side Zusanli by EA, The circadian rhythm of activity of Salivary Alpha - amylase was measured. Results :A circadian fluctuation was observed in Normal person's Salivary Alpha- amylase, its peak phase is in -299.92 (about 20:00). The circadian fluctuation was increased in zi, mao,you hour by EA, whereas decreased in wu hour. Salivary Alpha - amylase showed typical circadian rhythm in mac hour. Conclusion : The peak phase of normal person's Salivary Alpha - amylase is in -299.92( about 20:00). The electro- acupuncture at different time have different effect on the circadian fluctuation of normal person's Salivary Alpha - amylase.
