中医中风生存质量量表的研究编制(1)——量表的建立

Study and Development of TCM Stroke Scale for Quality of Life Measurement(1)——Establishment of the Scale

按照国际量表制作规范编制能体现中医药理论特点的中风病疗效评价指标—中医中风生存质量量表。经问卷调查、条目筛选,最终初步确立了包括躯体、心理、社会功能、疾病症状4个纬度、13个子纬度、60个条目的量表。因子分析显示该量表具有较好的结构效度,符合研究构想。

To establish and develop a stroke scale based on the traits of TCM theories for the measurement of quality of life as reflection to treatment efficacy under international principles and guidelines for scale development. The study has undergone survey, item filtration and eventually initially founded a scale with four dimensions including body, mentality, social function and disease symptoms, thirteen sub - dimensions and totally sixty items. The result of factor analysis showed the scale has good constreet validity and well met our research objective.
