化瘀通络胶囊对脑缺血大鼠血管内皮细胞的影响

The Effects on Function of Vascular Endodermis Cell of the Deficiency of Vital Energy and Stasis of Blood Ischemia Apoplexy Rats Model By Eliminating Haemostasis and Freeing Channels Capsule

目的:观察化瘀通络胶囊对缺血性中风大鼠模型血管内皮细胞分泌功能的影响。方法:随机将大鼠60只随机分为6组:正常对照组、模型组、假手术组、化瘀通络胶囊大剂量组、化瘀通络胶囊中剂量组、化瘀通络胶囊小剂量组,中西医结合造模后,用药组给与化瘀通络胶囊,再进行血管内皮细胞分泌功能检测。结果:①化瘀通络胶囊组对缺血性中风血管内皮细胞分泌功能确有显著调节作用;②化瘀通络胶囊大、中、小剂量组对各指标影响无显著性差异,提示临床以小剂量为宜。

Objective： observe the effects on secretion function of vascular endodermis cell of the ischemia apoplexy rats model by eliminating haemostasis and freeing channels capsule. Methods ： （ 1 ） Animal Division： Healthymale Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into six groups ： Control group, model group, sham operation group, eliminating haemostasis and freeing channels capsule of high dose, moderate dose, low dose group. There are 10 in each group. Each rat was weighed and marked, and was given a basic amount of forage of 40g/kg per day. （2） Establishing the model with etio - evil - caused disease on T. C. M. and western medicine. From the day the model establised, each medication group was quantitative Guan Wei administration once a day, which lasted for 10 days with the same dosage and Blood tests. Results ：（1） The three huayutongluo capsuh group really have the remarkable control action to vascular endothelial cells of the ischemia apoplexy;（2） showing without a notable difference when comparing with the huayutongluo capsule of high dose, moderate dose, low dose group, prompts the clinical practice by the small dosage （0.4g · kg^1 · d^-1 ） is suitable.
