摘要 从学校本位职业教育的视角,研究德、澳、美、日四国高等职业院校工学结合方式,提出为了确保我国高等职业教育工学结合的有效性,政府要落实工学结合的合法地位;高职院校要提高工学结合的相关性;高职院校要强化培训和应对市场变化功能;同时高职院校还要与企业共同加强工学结合"学程"和"工程"的管理与评价。 This article studies the models of the integration of workplace and school-based learning in German, Australia, America and Japan in terms of school-based vocational education. And suggestions are put forward to guarantee the validity of the integration of workplace and school-based learning in higher vocational institutes. In details, govemments should clarify the legal assurance of the integration of workplace and school-based learning, while higher vocational institutes should enhance the relevance of integrating workplace learning into the courses and the capacity to run skills training as well as the responsiveness to the labor market. Meanwhile, higher vocational institutes should collaborate with industries to manage and evaluate the process .of learning and working.
