Collaboration Learning under the web environment can motivate the learners and illuminate their feeling of loneliness. It helps in bringing up the cooperation, communication and innovation capabilities among the learners, building up the mutual consciousness, and improving the learning efficiency. This article discussed the PLC teaching plan and implementation of the collaboration learning under the web environment based on the characteristic of the collaboration learning.
