表外业务是西方商业银行发展业务和扩大盈利的一种重要手段。近20年来表外业务的崛起给面临困境的西方商业银行带来了很多机遇。文章介绍了表外业务的分类和我国上市银行表外业务发展状况,论述了我国商业银行发展表外业务的对策和思路。

The out-form business is an important way for western commercial banks to developing businesses and getting more benifits. In recent 20 years it has given many chances to western commercia banks that are in difficult situations. This paper introduces the sorts of out-form business and it＇s present situation in our country, and then talks about the countermeasures and ways to develop this business in the commercial banks in our country.
