促使中欧关系不断发展的几个关键因素

On Several Key Factors of Prompting the Relation of China and Europe to Development

中欧自1975年正式建交,30多年来中欧关系不断深入发展,建立了全面战略伙伴关系并结出累累硕果,这与很多因素的合力是分不开的。但最关键的还是政治方面的保证(中欧官方的重视和许多政策文件的出台)、经济方面的驱动(如贸易的扩大和经济的互补)、战略方面的推动(双方对多极化的认同),即政治、经济和战略这几个关键因素。

China and EU have been building up a formal diplomacy relation since 1975. For more than 30 years,the relation has got a comprehensive strategic partnership and obtains a large number of achievements. This is inseparables with a lot of resultant forces of factors. But the key facter is that the guarantee of politics （Both of them attach importance to the relation and publish many files） ; the drive of economy （The expansion of trade and the complementation of economy）; the promotion of strategy（Both sides identify with the multipolar world）.
