摘要
分析了聚吡咯固体片式叠层铝电解电容器的结构及制作难点,采用了隔离法、官能团高分子修复法、电解修复法、循环高温处理修复法、钝化法等多种阳极处理方法,研究了降低漏电流的方法,结果显示:经过处理后,规格6.3V,47μF聚吡咯固体片式叠层铝电解电容器的漏电流水平为1μA以下,可靠性达到105℃,1000h。
Analyzed the structure features and the difficulties of fabrication of polypyrrole solid chip aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Used several kind methods for anode treatment, such as the isolating, repairing method of polymer with functional group, the electrolytic repair method, the circulatory repair and heat processing method, and the passivation method were researched. They are used to reduce the leakage current. For the specification 6.3 V, 47μF of polypyrrole solid chip aluminum electrolytic capacitors, the leakage current achieves the standard of less than 1 μA and its reliability achieves 1 000 h at 105 ℃.
