聚维酮碘泡腾片的制备

Study on preparation of povidone iodine tablets

目的:筛选聚维酮碘泡腾片的处方。方法:将枸橼酸、碳酸氢钠、聚乙二醇4000按一定比例混合,作为片剂基本处方,以片剂的外观、崩解时限及发泡量为指标进行处方筛选。结果:所筛选处方压制的片剂外观光洁,在10min内完全崩解。结论:该片剂的质量主要与辅料的用量有关。

Objective：To optimize the formulation of iodine tablets. Methods：The formulations of the tablets were composed of a certain proportion of citromalic acid, NaHCO3 and polyglycol 4000 （PEG4000）. And the formulations were evaluated by the appearance, dissolution and effervescence. Results：The tablets prepared were fine in appearance and disintegrated within 10 min. Conclusion ：The quality of the tablets was mostly related to the amount of supplementary material.
