试论云南工业结构的重工业化趋势及对策

On the Heavy-industry-orientation of Yunnan's Industrial Structure and Workable Solutions

本文通过对云南省"十一五"规划的解读和省内工业发展趋势的实证分析,在产业结构演进规律理论的基础上,讨论了云南省重工业的发展趋势,提出了相关的政策建议。本文认为:重工业化是云南工业发展进程中难以逾越的阶段,资源约束型重工业是云南省今后的工业发展模式;云南应当延伸产业链,合理布局工业结构,加强对外交流,发挥政府主导作用,促进云南重工业又快又好地发展。

This paper analyzes the 11th Five-year Plan of Yunnan Province and its industrial development and discusses the development trend of its heavy industry and provides workable solutions and policies.The paper concludes that the heavy-industry-orientation of Yunnan's industrial structure is an inevitable stage in its industrial development and Yunnan's future heavy industry is oriented towards a resource-controlled model.Thus,Yunnan should rationalize and diversify its industrial structure and strengthen its international exchanges in order to quicken the development of its heavy industry in a rational way under the guidance of the government.
