摘要
目的:探讨急性白血病骨髓细胞中Survivin、bcl-2蛋白的表达及相关性。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测70例白血病患者骨髓细胞Survivin、bcl-2蛋白表达情况。结果:病例组、ANLL、ALL、CML组Survivin、bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);ANLL、CML组Survivin、bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率明显高于ALL组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);而ANLL与CML组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05);Spearman秩和相关分析显示,Survivin、bcl-2蛋白表达呈显著正相关(rs=0.32,P<0.01)。结论:Survivin、bcl-2均与白血病发生、发展密切相关,且两者有一定的协同效应。
Objective:To examine the expression of Survivin and bcl-2 proteins in bone marrow cells of leukemia, and to detect correlation of them.Methods:S-P immunohistochemistry detected the expression of Survivin and bcl-2 in bone marrow cell of 70 cases whith leukemia. Results:The positive expression rates of Survivin and bcl-2 in patient group , ANLL, ALL and CML were higher than in control group, with significant difference(P〈0.01). The positive expression rates of Survivin and bcl-2 in ANLL and CML were higher than in ALL, with significant difference (P〈0.01).There was no significant difference of their positive rates between ANLL and CML (P〉0.05). The related analysis of Spearman showed the Survivin and bcl-2 were closely positive related(rs=0.32,P〈0.01).Conclusion:Expression of both Survivin and bcl-2 plays a role in onset,progression,curative effect and prognosis of leukemia, and two proteins may act synergistically in the onset and development of leukemia.
