广东省中山市中学生血脂水平的正常参考值调查

Investigating the regular reference range of middle school students′ blood grease levels in Zhongshan City Guangdong Province

目的:通过对中山市14～16岁中学生的血脂水平调查,为该群体提供血脂水平正常参考值范围。方法:于2006年随机抽取14～16岁在读高一学生687名,按性别分组,空腹采血3ml,分离血清,应用HITACHI7170A全自动生化分析仪检测血清总胆固醇(TC),三酰甘油(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。以第5～90百分位数估计TC、TG、LDL-C正常参考值范围。以第5百分位数作为HDL-C的参考范围下限。结果:687名中学生血脂水平呈正偏态分布。男生TC、TG、LDL-C的第5百分位数分别为2.78、0.50、1.16mmol/L,第90百分位数分别为4.51、1.68、2.57mmol/L,HDL-C的第5百分位数为0.89mmol/L。女生TC、TG、LDL-C的第5百分位数分别为3.12、0.54、1.37mmol/L,第90百分位数分别为5.24、1.69、3.13mmol/L,HDL-C的第5百分位数为1.06mmol/L。结论:男生TC、TG、LDL-C的参考范围分别为2.78～4.51,0.50～1.68,1.16～2.57mmol/L,HDL-C的参考范围为>0.89mmol/L。女生TC、TG、LDL-C的参考范围分别为3.12～5.24,0.54～1.69,1.37～3.13mmol/L,HDL-C的参考范围为>1.06mmol/L。

Objective：To provide regular reference range by investigating the grease level of the 14～16 years old students in Zhongshan City, Methods： 687 secondary school students aged 14～16 were selected randomly. Inject blood 3 ml in fasting, separate serum and analvze total cholesterol （TC）, triglycerides （TG）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） with HITACHI7170A automatic biochemical analvzer. Estimating the regular reference range uf TC , TG , LDL-C with 5～90 percentiles. 5 percentile was used to be reference range lower limit of HDL-C. Results： The blood greases level of 687 middle school students was normal or disnorntal distribution . The 5 percentiles of boy students TC , TG , LDL-C were 2.78, 0.50, 1.16 mmol/L, the 90 percentiles were 4.51 , 1.68 , 2.57 mmol/L. The 5 percentile of HDL-C was 0.89 mmol/L. The 5 percentiles of girl students TC . TG , LDL-C were 3.12, 0.54, 1.37 retool/L, the 90 percentiles were 5.24, 1.69, 3.13 mmol/L. The 5 percentile of HDL-C was 1.06 mmol/L.Conclusion： TC , TG , LDL-C reference range of boy students are 2.78～4.51 , 0.50～1.68 , 1.16～2.57 mmol/L. The HDL-C reference range is 〉0.89 mmol/L. TC , TG , LDL-C reference range of girl students are 3.12-5.24 , 0,54 -1.69 , 1.37~3.13 mmol/L. The HDL-C reference range is 〉1.06 mmol/L.
