临床护理路径在腹腔镜消化性溃疡穿孔修补术中的应用

Application of the Clinical Nursing Pathway on the treatment of acute digestive ulcer by laparoscopy

目的:研究临床护理路径(CNP)在基层医院腹腔镜消化性溃疡穿孔修补术中的实施效果。方法:采用不同病例前后对照研究,对照组53例实施传统治疗和护理,研究组53例实施CNP,将两组的护理效果进行对比。结果:研究组患者的平均住院日和平均住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05);健康知识掌握程度和患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CNP应用于基层医院腹腔镜消化性溃疡穿孔修补术患者能降低住院费用,减少住院时间,提高健康教育的效果和患者满意度,可以在基层医院推广应用。

Objective：To study the outcome by applying Clinical Nursing Pathway on grass-roots hospital patients with la- paroscopic in the treatment of acute digestive ulcer.Methods：A case-control study was adopted.There were 53 cases in each group.Traditional treatment was applied in control group.Clinical Nursing Pathway was applied in experimental group. Results：The average level of length stay and total expense of experimental group were lower （P〈O.O5）;and gol more knowedge.The satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The Clinical Nursing Pathway guarantees the quality of medical anti nursing care.It＇s worth to widely use in grass-roots hospitals.
