摘要
十二指肠炎作为一种独立性疾病，随着纤维内镜被广泛应用于临床后而逐渐被认识，其检出率日益增多，但其诊断尚无统一标准。诊断偏松偏紧都会增加患者心理及经济负担，或漏诊延误治疗。现将我院近年来经胃镜诊断的861例十二指肠炎临床特点报道如下：
