乙肝表面抗原阳性孕妇的心态调查分析及干预措施

Mental Survey and Intervention of Pregnant Women with Hepatitis B Surface Antigen

目的了解妊娠合并乙肝表面抗原阳性孕妇的心理状态并探讨相关干预措施。方法以在我所门诊建立围产期保健手册的HBsAg(+)孕妇60人为调查对象,采用问卷方式进行面对面调查。结果受调查孕妇中担心发生母婴传播、影响母乳喂养、围生儿患病率高、影响母婴感情、不能尽快适应母亲角色、孕产期自身合并症发生率高、受歧视,各占95.00%、76.67%、61.67%、73.33%、65.33%、56.67%、45.00%。100%HBsAg(+)孕妇思想压力大、渴望得到孕产期保健知识。结论应进一步加强孕产期保健知识的宣传教育,建立健全三级妇幼保健网。

Objective To investigate mind and intervention of pregnant women with hepatitis B surface antigen. Methods A samples of 60 HBsAg（＋） pregnant women were investigated by questionnaire and face to face interview. Results The pregnant women worried mother-to-child transmission（95.00%）, affecting breasffeeding（76.67%）, higher sufferring rate of perinatal baby（61.67%）, affecting the sensation between mother and child（73.33%）, can not adapt the mother＇s role（65.33%）, higher rate of combination disease in pregnant and confinement（56.67% ） and discrimination（45.00% ）. 100% HBsAg（＋） pregnant women were under greta mind pressure and wanted to know pregnant and confinement knowledge. Conclusion The education and propaganda of pregnant and confinement health care need be strengthened, the third class maternal and child health care network need to be set up and strengthened.
