摘要
目的研究复方丹参滴丸对心肌缺血大鼠的心肌酶学及抗氧化能力和Na+-K+-ATPase活性的影响。方法各组按实验方案灌胃6周结束后,采用结扎左冠状动脉造成大鼠心肌缺血,观察各组LDH、CK,心肌Na+-K+-ATPase活性及心肌组织MDA含量和SOD活性。结果复方丹参滴丸较对照组能明显降低LDH、CK、MDA,提高SOD活性、心肌Na+-K+ATPase活性。结论复方丹参滴丸均有抗结扎左冠状动脉造成心肌缺血的作用,疗效可靠。
Objective To research the influence of radix salviae mihiorrhizae cardiotonic pills on related enzymology of myocardial ischemic rats. Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into four groups (10 for each group), according to the design of the experiment treated rats by intragastric administration for six weeks to model myocardial ischemic rats by ligation of left coronary arteries. Then to measure the contents of LDH, CK and MDA and the activity of the Na^+-K^+-ATPase and SOD. Results Compared with control group,radix salviae mihiorrhizae cardiotonic pills can obviously reduce the content of LDH, CK, MDA and improve the activity of Na^+-K^+-ATPase and SOD. Conclusion It is reliable that radix salviae mihiorrhizae cardiotonic pills can effect on myocardial ischemic rats by ligation of left coronary arteries.
