乳腺纤维腺瘤样增生124例诊治体会

Diagnosis and Treatment of Fibroadenomatoid Hyperplasia of the Breast

目的探讨并分析乳腺纤维腺瘤样增生的临床特点及诊断、治疗方法。方法回顾分析2003年1月～2006年12月间的124例乳腺纤维腺瘤样增生的临床资料以及声像图特征、病理学组织类型特点。结果96例经手术治疗,病理证实为乳腺纤维腺瘤样增生,效果满意;28例非手术治疗,效果一般。结论乳腺纤维腺瘤样增生临床特点较突出,超声显像对其具有较大的诊断价值,注意与乳腺纤维腺瘤等作鉴别,手术治疗是值得推荐的。

Objective To investigate the clinical features,surgical treatment of fibroadenomatoid hyperplasia of the breast. Methods The clinic data and imaging characteristics and pathological features were analyzed retrospectively in 124 cases with fibroadenomatoid hyperplasia of the breast,who were admitted from 2003.1 to 2006.12. Results 96 eases with fibroadenomatoid hyperplasia of the breast were confirmed by operation and pathology. Conclusion Fibroadenomatoid hyperplasia of the breast has prominent clinical features. Ultrasonography is helpful in the diagnosis of fibroadenomatoid hyperplasia,but it should be differentiated from the breast fibroadenoma,and the operation is recommended in treatment of fibroadenomatoid hyperplasia.
