气候变化对水影响的适应性对策

Adaptation strategy for climate change impacting on water sector

全球气候变暖是一个不争的事实,气候变化可能增加极端天气事件发生的频率和强度,进一步对我国水安全产生重大影响。针对气候变化的可能影响,初步提出了减缓影响的适应性对策,指出加强相关法律法规体系的贯彻执行、及全民环境意识的教育是保障措施顺利实施的关键。

Global warming has been a public recognized fact, which will seriously threaten water security in China through increasing frequency and intensity of extreme weather events. Aiming at the possible effect of climate change on water sector, adaptation strategy to mitigate the negative effects was addressed. And water-related laws construction and public education of environment protection consciousness is the key to ensure implementation of adaptation measures.
