松江区圩区小型农田水利工程设施管养的实践与思考

Practice of O&M of rural small water structures in polder area of Songjiang District

通过对松江地区圩内泵站、水闸、河道及圩堤等小型农田水利工程设施管理养护情况的调查,分析该地区水利工程管理养护的经验和机制,以及管理上的不足,提出今后水利工程设施管理养护建议。

Investigation is made for the operation and maintenance （O＆M） of rural small water structures in polder areas of the Songjiang District, such as pumping stations, gates and culverts, river courses and polders, for studying the experiences and mechanism of O＆M and lessens learned. Suggestions are made for improving O＆M of water structures in the future.
