摘要
本文设计的SAW气体传感器电路引入预偏置技术解决了SAW传感器对微量气体测试存在盲区的问题。同时,对电路进行调整避免了频率的跳变。整个测试系统结构简单,经实测表明具有较高精度,满足气体传感检测的需要。
The optimal design of the circuit for surface acoustic wave gas sensor is described in this paper. The technology offset technology is used to eliminate the testing blind zone at low concentration. The circuit can also avoid the frequency hopping. The experiments demonstrate this circuit can detect gas effectively.
