摘要
莆田市是水资源相对短缺的地区,要加快建设产业集聚强劲、配套功能完善、生态与环境优美的湄洲湾港口城市,离不开水资源的支撑与保障。通过对莆田市水资源面临的主要问题的分析,提出了莆田市水资源优化配置的思路与措施。
Water is relatively scarce in the Putian City. In order to speed up construction of industries and improve ecological and environment of Meizhou Bay in this harbor city, water resources is the necessity. Proposals are put forward for optimizing water resources allocation based on analysis of main problems with water management in the Putian City.
