摘要
分析中药现代化的系统构成以及要素之间的关系,充分运用系统论的方法,把握管理战略的合理内核,有效推进中药现代化系统的不断升级,完成中药现代化的使命。
The article is trying to discuss the composition and construction on modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicines （TCMs） systematically. Modernization of TCMs is a integrity system including of four factors. They are modernization of traditional Chinese medicine theory, modernization of TCMs manufacturing, international market on TCMs in global and modernization of its administration. The article analysis the system and its four main factors deeply, and explore the relationships between the factors and the relations between system and environment. Then it puts forwards the methods and principles. In the discussing, the article emphasizes the significance to make clear the construction of TCMs modernization. It is necessary to push the modernization of TCMs strategy. It is important to use the system theory to understand its rational core and upgrade the modernization in order to accomplish the mission of TCMs modernization.
