Determination of Ciprofloxacin and Hydrocortisone in Compound Ciprofloxacin Ear Drops by HPLC

建立HPLC法测定复方环丙沙星滴耳液中盐酸环丙沙星和氢化可的松的含量。采用LunaC，8色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0．34％磷酸二氢钾（25：15：60），流速1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长240nm。盐酸环丙沙星（按环丙沙星计）和氢化可的松的线性范围分别为0．1110～0．555mg·mL^-1，0．0108～0．0540mg·mL^-1；平均回收率分别为100．6％（RSD=0．2％）、99．8％（RSD=1．1％）。本法简便、快速、准确，专属性强，分离效果好。

A HPLC method was established for the determination of Ciprofloxacin and Hydrocortisone in Compound Ciprofloxacin Ear Drops. A Luna C18 Column was used with methol-Acetonitrile-0. 34% Potassium Dihydrogen phosphate（25 ： 15 ： 60） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 240nm. The linear range were 0. 1110-0. 555mg· mL^-1 and 0. 0108-0. 0540 mg· mL^-1 for Ciprofloxacin and Hydrocortisone. The average recovery rete were 100.6% （RSD=0.2%） and 99.8%（RSD= 1.1%）. The method is fast, simple, accurate, specific and with a good separating result.
