摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定伤科八厘散中血竭的含量。色谱柱为Kromasil C18；流动相为乙睛-0．05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钠溶液（49：51）；检测波长为440nm；柱温30℃，流速为1．0mL·min^-0。线性范围0．08884-0．8880mg·mL^-1，r=0．9995，平均回收率为97．48％，RSD=2．74％。方法简便，快速，准确可靠，可用于该制剂的质量控制。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of Sanguis Draconis in Shangke Bali Powder. A Kromasil C18 column was used with methanol and acetonitrile and 0.05% Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate solution （49 ： 51） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The column temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 440nm. The calibration range was 0. 08884- 0. 8880 mg·mL^-1 , r=0. 9995. The average recovery was 97.48% and RSD was 2.74%. The method is simple, fast and accurate, it can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
