摘要
对栾树果皮中红色素的提取工艺进行了研究,结果表明:选用料液比1∶40(g/mL)、pH1.0(10%盐酸调)的50%乙醇作提取剂,在60℃恒温提取60min,提取效率较好。
The main studies on extraction of red pigment from Paniculed Gold-rain tree fruit peel. Results showed that good yield of pigment could be obtained by 50% C2 H5 OH solution (with10% HCI) of phl at 60℃ for 60 min with the solid-liquid ratio 1 : 40(g/mL).
