摘要
在7 L发酵罐上进行了裂褶菌发酵生产菌丝体和胞外多糖的研究,采用L^9(3^4)正交试验对发酵条件进行了优化。在7 L发酵罐上裂褶菌的适宜培养条件为:搅拌转速200 r/min、接种量10%(V/V)、通气量200 L/ h,在此条件下发酵120 h,获得的菌丝体和胞外多糖产量最高,分别为16.23 g/L和1.68 g/L。相关性分析表明,裂褶菌菌丝体产量与胞外多糖产量之间存在线性关系。
Schizophyllum commune is a kind of edible and medicinal fungi,which contains different kinds of bio—active constituents,such as polysaccharides.In order to reach a higher productivity level of mycelium and exopolysaccharide,L934 orthogonal experiments on fermentation with Schizophyllum commune were carried out in 7 L fermentor.The results indicated that the optimal conditions for myeelium and exopolysaccharide production are:agitation rate 200 r/min,inoculum size 10%;and aeration rate of 200 L/h.Under the optimized conditions,the mycelium and exopolysaccharide concentrations reached 16.23 g/L and 1.68 g/ L,respectively,after 120 h fermentation.Based on the analysis of the fermentation results for 9 runs,it could be concluded that the exopolysaccharide production is correlated with the mycelium production.
