大孔树脂纯化蓝莓叶总黄酮的工艺研究 被引量:23

摘要 比较了9种大孔树脂对蓝莓叶黄酮的吸附和解吸效果。从中筛选出适合蓝莓叶黄酮分离纯化的树脂,并对其吸附和解吸条件进行了探讨。结果表明:HPD-600大孔树脂是纯化蓝莓叶黄酮比较好的树脂,蓝莓叶黄酮在HPD-600型树脂上的吸附平衡时间为4h,解吸平衡时间为1.5 h,吸附的最适质量浓度为4.09 mg/mL,pH 5.0时吸附能力比较强,解吸时宜选用体积分数60%乙醇溶液,吸附温度为30℃,解吸温度为60℃。该工艺生产的黄酮产品为黄色粉末,回收率为81.90%,纯度为78.04%。 The characteristic of absorption and adsorption of nine kinds of macroporous resins to extract flavonoids of blueberry leaves was studied.Suitable resin for purification of flavonoids was screened from nine resins,and its characteristic of absorption and adsorption was investigated.The results indicated that HPD—600 macroporous resins had better absorption and adsorption property for purification of flavonoids from blueberry leaves,the time of absorption equilibrium was 4 h,the time of adsorption equilibrium was 1.5 h,concentration of flavonoids was 4.09mg/mL.HPD—600 maeroporous resins has a high adsorption ability for flavonoids of blueberry leaves when pH value was 5.0.The optimum solution for the adsorption was 60% ethanol.The temperature of absorption was 30℃and temperature of adsorption was 60℃.The flavonoids produced by this technological process was yellow powder,recovery rate was 81.90%,the purity of flavonoids was 78.04%.
